We warmly invite you to the closing events of On Mobilisation (2023–2025), a project shaped through bottom-up collaboration between wpZimmer (Belgium), Baltic Art Center (Sweden), Studio ALTA (Czech Republic), and Lavanderia a Vapore (Italy). Rooted in international solidarity and driven by local specificities, On Mobilisation brought together artists, communities, and cultural workers committed to social justice and equality.

Together with artists Kalle Brolin, Elisabetta Consonni, Daniele Ninarello, Ahilan Ratnamohan, Marika Smreková, and Danae Theodoridou, the project explored radical forms of civic participation through artistic research and practice.

Now, we’re excited to launch two new publications:

MOBILISING WORDS – A card game built from the On Mobilisation Vocabulary: a collection of words and testimonies emerging from local engagements in Antwerp, Gotland, Prague, and Turin.

ON MOBILISATION TOOLKIT – A polyphonic publication of reflections, tools, and personal accounts from artists, participants, and partners—mapping collaborative practices and imagining new ways to work across cultural and social boundaries.

Both publications offer practical, poetic, and political insights into mobilising communities through culture, care, and creativity.

Join us for one of the four launch events taking place across Europe at the end of May.
