The EVENING SCHOOL ON CARE, a performative event in the form of an evening school conceived by Lavanderia a Vapore with the co-curation of Elisabetta Consonni and Daniele Ninarello, will take place from November 2-5, 2023. During the festival, we will explore the educational paradigm and the transmission of knowledge. As an unofficial training endeavour, our focus will be on so-called wet knowledge (as opposed to hard knowledge): a fluid and dynamic form of knowledge connected to the complexity of contemporary times, capable of shaping new worlds.

This type of knowledge evades doctrines and institutional teachings; instead, it establishes new worlds often associated with groups and experiences of resistance and resilience. The school will be characterized by its transversal and horizontal postures and will provide a soft and open space. The program will include workshops, performances, and a durational installation.
