During the On Mobilisation of Care Symposium, held from May 29 to May 31, 2024, at Lavanderia a Vapore in Torino, 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐢 premiered her new work, 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝑩𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒂 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒚𝒑𝒖𝒔.

𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝑩𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒂 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒚𝒑𝒖𝒔 is currently a constellation of practices and exercises where the audience is invited to participate by following a different path for each person. The different stations invite a derailment from logic with pleasant missions impossible to complete, allowing participants to intercept personal aspects of knowledge that defy functionality. Attention is displaced and surprised; what we consider our knowledge loses balance, making room for intuitions or knowledge previously unrecognized.

The environment serves as training to free part of one’s knowledge from utility, bypassing the criteria that place some knowledge at the center while marginalizing others. In the vertigo of not knowing, possibilities open, and worlds are created: even the platypus becomes possible.

This third residency marked a significant milestone in the project, offering audiences an immersive experience that disrupted traditional logic and functionality.
